lala - cuci bersih dan toskan
segenggam cili api - blender
2-3 batang cili merah - blender
bawang putih/merah/halia - blender
1 kiub bilis
garam/gula
air 

method:
- didihkan air then masukkan lala....biarkan sekejap
- i did this so that lala tuu dah masak dulu, then tak payah nanti overcook with the gravy
- buang air then tumis bahan blender bersama kiub bilis
- balance taste with garam & gula then masukkan lala
**lagi pedash lagi masyuk but u agak2 the cili ekk kang masuk spital tak memasal jek uhuks

suhun & fucuk/kulit tahu - rendam sehingga kembang
ubi kentang/tempe/tauhu - potong dadu & goreng
bawang putih/bawang merah/halia - tumbuk/blender
cili boh
kicap manis & kicap pekat
1 kiub bilis
garam & gula for taste

method:
- tumis bahan blender bersama kiub bilis
- masukkan cili boh & setelah cili masak masukkan kicap
- masukkan suhun & fucuk yang telah ditos air
- gaul rata & setelah agak kembang masukkan kentang, tempe dan tauhu yg telah digoreng
- balance taste with garam & gula
**serve immediately
**kalu goreng kering sket boleh simpan lama tapi minyak nak kena kasik lebih sket idak kalu suhun tuu melekat-lekat
**adjust the cili kalu tak mau pedash ngat
**kalu nak tambah pedal or hati by all means silakan

<title><![CDATA[lunch at shogun]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[my first time going there during lunch time on the weekdays.  i think i like their afternoon spread better & best of all ada dim sum u olss ahahahahha.  oooh yaa tips on how to eat a lot during japanese buffet is to avoid eating the sushi....atenye dia seme pulut nyah ooii kompom la peruts ketat.  usually we go for the cooked stuff, teppanyaki, tempura, soba noodles (my all time feberet), all the mak neneks udang oyster segala bagai and now they also have DIM SUM.  buhooo aciks sukooo though its limited choices ai likkee jekk ehehhehe.  ehhh they are currently having 35% discounts for weekday lunch, 30% discount for Mon-Thurs dinner and 10% discount over the weekend.  the first kedai tajuk Saisake is at Wisma UOA, Jalan Pinang.  then came Shogun both at OU and Sunway Pyramid.  Jemahat mana yg lipat sejadah lama tuu try test la pi sanun LOL

ikan keli - dibersihkan, dikunyit dan garam kemudian digoreng (awas ekk ikan nih meletup-letup time goreng kita letak tutup periuk abish perkara LOL)
1-2 bunga kantan 
bawang putih/merah/halia
sedikit cili api (optional for extra pedash)
1 pek maggi sambal tumis
garam & gula (untuk merasa)

method:
- sementara ikan digoreng blender kantan, bawang dan cili api
- tumiskan bahan blender dan masukkan maggi sambal tumis
- agak2 gula & garam ekk sbb ikan dan sambal dah berasa
**serve hot & immediately
**ehh ikan tuu to your liking ekk kita kebetulans ada keli kat umah
**i find the sambal is slightly manis itu yg tambah cili api tuu

<title><![CDATA[occ gang : pah bday 09]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[aduhaii merasa entry seme hayer-wayer LOL.  this happened way back on 18 october 09.  this time around its my laling's sister bday puloks.

oohh this place tajuk xenri d'garden terrace at menara hap seng (formerly mui plaza) is very the cantiks u olls.  heard quite a number of review bout it.  i love every bits of their interior very cosy.  then they have tatami rooms too hmmm shud give it a try the next time around.  food verdict ada SODAPPP... worth the 55++ (buffet eat all you can).  they dont have a lot of things but its of high quality and very the yummeh esp their juciy succulent fresh and baked oysters.  i myself had about 6 kots to myself **maluuu ahhahaha**.  only thing if they could improve on the table and chair seating.  the chair is kinda heavy then there were 8 of us thus making our trip in and out to get food is kinda hassle.  other than that i have no further complaint as the staff is quite attentive too.

<title><![CDATA[abah hupdate 26/10/09]]></title>

- dr dah bukak his stitches.  benang kat old stoma seme dah cabuts.  then the post opt wound tu alternate.  tapinya udah terstretch sket so need to monitor him lagi nampaknya
- he also complained having pain at the new stoma especially when he turned to his left side
- udohnya elok2 muleh discharge dr still needs to monitor his progress
- other things he is okay insyallah can get up and clean himself and his stoma.  cumanya real mandi tuu idok le lagi kak temah oiii ate banjir puloks his dressing nanti
- when can he be discharge?  god knows yg penting let him gain his confidence + at the hospital he gets proper care & tak payah nak pegi mana2 for his dressing.  ini kang dah balik umoh satu kelija la plak nak pi klinik komunitas apa seme which is a bit strenuous for him at the moment

baked ciken II

ciken parts - to your liking la ekk kita kebetulan ada thigh portion
black pepper sauce - hat kat umah kita is actually the green color version bli kat kuching dulu
1-2 tablespoon lemon juice
garam to taste
rosemary dry herbs - or any herbs to your liking

method:
- mix everything and rub on the chicken
- marinade for at least one hour or betterstill overnite
- since kita punye 4 thigh jek i baked it in toaster oven for 10 mins
- or else bake in normal oven at 200 degrees
** serve it hot
** jus dari ayam tuu bleh mikin sos or idang mcm tu jek
** u can have it plain, wif rice, wif salad, in sandwiches or pita bread..totally up to you
**i like mine slightly burned at the top so kalu tak suka once the ciken turned white bleh laa kuarkan
