base b4 bakar
the topping
base dah siap bakar
topping on top of the base before bakar
nyum..nyum...me plak yg lapor!
came accross the recipe from both mamafami's & k.liza's page. so the basic of course ikut sifu but the topping me created on my own saje nak tukaq slera. here goes:

bhn2 (base):
1 cawan tepung gandum
3 sudu besar tepung jagung
3 cawan santan - i did 1 1/4 santan & 1 3/4 air (me guna instant tube santan so dapat bape bnyk difference dia me tambah air)
1 biji telur
garam

method (base):
- gaulkan garam, tepung gandum & tepung jagung
- masukkan telur & santan
- blender kesemua skali
- tuangkan kedalam loyang atau bekas yg dah disapu butter kemudian bakar selama 25 mins bersuhu 180
- keluarkan & taburkan topping di atas tepung tadi ratakan dan bakar kembali approx bout 25 mins or until dah nampak topping tuh masak (jgn sampai kering biar juicy sket)
- sejukkan & taburkan daun bawang dan bawang goreng
- potong & hidangkan

bhn2 (topping):
1 tin besar sardin - dibuang sos tomato & dilecek
3 biji kentang - potong dadu
1 biji bawang besar - potong dadu
kicap manis }
sos tomato } no exact amount me campak jek
sos cili }
pepper
garam

method (topping):
- tumis bawang & kentang (minyak nak kena lebih sket or else kentang lekat kat kuali)
- masukkan kicap & sos then masukkan sardin
- masukkan sedikit air kalau agak pekat
- kacau rata & on slow fire sampai kentang empuk
- setelah kering & turn to darkish masukkan pepper dan garam (caution not too much sebab kicap & sos takdi dah berasa)
- tutup api & taburkan sedikit bawang goreng & kacau rata
**u can change from sardine to anything to your liking
**basically u can toy up with almost everything for the topping it could be just vege eg sengkuang, carrot & udang kering or yur left over sambal
**i dont letak hirisan cili merah as i feel mine dah cukup rasa + takut overnite nanti cepat basi
**dah ada alternative to kuih cara berlauk sbb me takde acu kuih baulu tuh kat umah
