ooppss me budak baru belajar so need improvisation agi nevertheless its edible & eatable laaaa . as for kuih gulung tuh inspired by mamafami's kuih ketayap amik the kulit recipe then inti me ganti inti karipap sardin. ma kita copy paste jek tau & thanks 4 the recipe!

bhn2 (kulit):
2 cups coconut milk
3 eggs - kurangkan jadik 1 biji pun ble gaks
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon cooking oil
a pinch of salt
green coloring - as off my case I used serbuk kunyit

method (kulit):
Beat eggs and add in coconut milk, flour, oil, salt and coloring. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Take one scoop of the mixture and pour on a flat pan, preferable a non-stick pan, on medium heat. Pour just a bit of the mixture to get a thin layer of pancake.
Remove the pancake once cooked and put the filling in the middle of the pancake. Cover the sides and roll.
**i used my mom's turun temurun kuali leper so still have to lengserkan minyak sket on the pan
**it requires kesabaran yea as the kulit is a bit fragile senang kuyakk baahhh tapi suap kejap jek abish

bhn2 (inti):
1 tin sardin - buangkan kuah & lecek sardin
ubi kentang - potong dadu/kecil
1/2 biji bawang besar - potong dadu
rempah kari ikan & cili boh - di gaul bersama
daun kari
minyak
garam

method (inti):
tumiskan bawang & daun kari
setelah wangi masukkan rempah & cili
setelah garing masukkan kentang & sardin
gaul rata & tutup untuk kasik kentang empuk (slow fire tau kang hangit plak)
setelah kentang empuk balance yur garam taste
**u can use other meats eg minced chicken or beef
**also other veges eg peas, mixed vege to your liking
**bole buat in advance and bila nak pakai kuarkan jek dari peti

setelah sejuk & mengeras potong & golekkan ke dalam kelapa parut
boleh dihidangkan terus or sejukkan sebentar dalam peti
**mind my oren kaler ekkk tak perasan inci @ esen merah abish sudaaa
**the other day perasan kat carefour ada sagu merah (haa x gaduh pakai inci dah cik jah)
