1 kotak tauhu jepun @ lembut - potong 6 or 8 & terbalikkan ke dalam mangkuk
air panas
1 ikat kucai bunga (not sure senang jumpa kat regular pasar tak. me bli kat jusco/giant)
1 kiub ikan bilis
bawang putih - dicincang
sedikit kicap pekat - bout 1 teaspoon
sos tiram
air
method:
terbalikkan tauhu yg telah dipotong ke dalam mangkuk & masukkan air panas. biarkan bout 5-10 mins
tumis bawang putih & kiub bilis masukkan sos tiram & kicap pekat
masukkan air to dissolve the kepekatan & untuk sedikit berkuah
setelah mendidih masukkan kucai bunga
method hidang:
buangkan air panas tadi & curahkan kuah ke atas tauhu
**hidangkan panas
**garam tak perlu kerana combination kiub & tiram sudah cukup masin
**u can add carrot kalu suka
wow .. nampak nya so sedap and crunchy ... macam kangkong belacan eh?? hehe
Anyway .. tak turun lah dis time round pasal perut ni .. kalau naik bus memang lah tak lepas kat kastam .... kalau naik kete sendirik mmg bulih tapi .. kita yang tak sanggup ... the long journey .. kesian sepupu kita yang kat rawang tu... hehehe ..

I do love cooking. I looked up for kucai bunga recipe on the internet and I found this. Could you tell me what ikan bilie means? Is it the same with ebi in Indonesian language.
I have a nother question. Is kicap pekat refer to kecap manis (sweet soy sauce) which is sweet and dark or kecap kental (dark soy sauce) which is thicker and salty than Chinese soy sauce?
