Fettuccini with tuna and mushroom sauce


1 pack fettuccini pasta (plain or spinach)
1 can campbells mushroom soup
1 can tuna in water/oil (dibuang air/minyak)
1 can button mushroom - sliced thinly
500ml uht milk
1/2 bombay onion - potong dadu

- cook pasta as per instruction on pack & add butter to avoid pasta sticking to the pot
- cairkan satu sudu butter & tumis kan bawang
- masukkan mushroom soup & susu
- setelah mendidih masukkan button mushroom & tuna & 1 kiub bilis
- balance the taste with garam & a lot of pepper if u like it hot (caution with the salt as the kiub & mushroom soup udah agak masin)
**serving method: mix both pasta & sauce together & mix well
**serve it hot
**kalau suka bole sprinkle chopped parsley on top
**u can substitute tuna to other meats to your liking
**u can also put in some cheese while preparing the sauce (cheddar or parmesan)
