bhn2:
plain white rice - cooked earlier & cooled off
1 kiub ikan bilis
chicken meat - cut into small pieces
mixed vege
bawang putih
egg
pepper
garam
minyak
method:
- tumis bawang putih & kiub bilis
- masukkan yur chicken meat & cook until tender
- masukkan mixed vege & once tendered put in garam
- break the egg & let it masak a little bit
- put in the rice & gaul evenly
- put in dash of pepper
**u can add in oyster sauce (optional)
**u can substitute chicken with beef or seafood
**sprinkle with daun sup @ chinese parsley
** serve it hot
Bahan2:
Udang (dikopek kulit)
bawang putih (dipotong kecil)
white rice (not too wet)
mixed vege OR kacang panjang (potong kecil 1cm)
white pepper
salt to taste/chic kiub
minyak bijan
kicap cair
telur
miyak masak
Method:
Use high heat and quick stir fry
panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang putih sampai harum
add in udang, a splash of kicap cair, stir some more
add in mixed vege, salt to taste
then add in rice and stir fry till everything dah bercampur
then make an opening in the middle of the rice, add a bit more oil,
break in the egg dah goreng sampai hancur, pas tu gaul with nasi
splash in minyak bijak and white pepper,
test to taste.
