method:
rebuskan kerang & cabut separuh kulitnya (tinggalkan isi yg attach pada kulit sahaja)
tumis bawang putih, daun kari, serai & kiub
masukkan cili boh & goreng garing
masukkan sos tiram & kicap pekat & sedikit air (to dilute the kepekatan)
masukkan garam (careful/agak2 as the kiub & the sos udah agak masin)
masukkan kerang & gaul rata
**hidangkan panas
**bole diratah by itself or eaten with rice
**u can substitute it to other seafood to yur liking
uihhhh...ni pestaim akak jumpa resepi kerang gini ni kuchai...mcm besh nih...bila bleh try agaknya ni...takpe, tunggu papa ca balik dari JB, dia muleh jd tukang kopek kulit kerang tuh. .akak malas, gatai tgn nnt...
