cooking series!

 
recently, i craved for karipap sardin. abaden, my umah sewa tak cukup utensilsnya + pastry/dough job nih belongs to my alang. sudahnya me end up buat inti karipap & eat it with noodles, rice & bread! kompem mereng

bhn2:
1 tin besar sardin - buang the kuah & lecek/hancurkan
bawang besar - potong dadu
rempah kari ikan & cili boh/giling - di gaul skali & tambah air (if its too pekat)
ubi kentang - potong dadu & kecil
daun kari (optional)
minyak

method:
tumis bawang & daun kari hingga wangi
masukkan mix rempah & cili & goreng hingga garing/meletup-letup
masukkan kentang & sardin
setelah semuanya masak masukkan garam
**i happen to have carrot so masukkan skali
**for more pedas put in more chilli or else sket aje kesian si kecik nanti
