with all the open houses & loads of meat, chicken consumed its kinda relief to have soup for meal. bukan apa hangat badan dibuatnya makan seme2 nih. this recipe i learned from my ex-boss wife. being chinese kan they believe in taking soup at least once a day or much better in every meal. they believed it will bring down body temperature, or if u're cold then its as cold remedy, sore throat relieve & macam2 lagi lah! i've altered the recipe sket to suit my tastebud & here's the recipe:
method:
masukkan ayam dan air kedalam periuk
setelah ayam masak & mendidih masukkan sup bunjut & bawang
masukkan carrot & setelah lembut masukkan kobis
masukkan garam
**u can use other sayur like celery
**hidangkan panas
**tak perlu masukkan semua sayur & bila nak makan time to time baru ditambahkan
aha.. banyak sangat minyak... santan semua... sesekali pekena soup pulak. Dinner tadi akak masak tom yam.. tibalah hari ni turun paras beku kat sini makan soup sejuk2 sedap
