cooking series!

the sauce
mix all together
in action (mind the butterfly oven hihihihi)

baked macaroni with tuna


macaroni - shell type
cili giling/boh
tomato puree
2 tablespoon flour @ tepung gandum
uht milk (low fat better - 1/2 of big pack) - marigold tasted better
button mushroom - sliced thinly
cheese (any to your liking & we used kraft singles)
bawang besar (potong dadu) / bawang putih (sliced thinly)
carrot & cauliflower (happen to have this aje at home) - u can substitute it with other veges
2 capsicum (red & green) potong dadu/kecil
2 can of tuna in water/vegetable oil
1 kiub ikan bilis
dash of black pepper (option)

boil macaroni until kembang @ al-dente
tumis bawang & kiub ikan bilis
masukkan cili
until garing masukkan tomato puree & tepung
then pour in the milk & stir gradually
masukkan sayur/mushroom let the sauce thicken
balance the taste with salt
in a big bowl pour everything inside & mix everything well (macaroni, tuna, sauce)
transfer it to a baking tray/bowl then top with cheese & dash of black pepper
bake it for 25 to 30 mins at 180 degree
**the actual recipe is without the chilli & tomato puree so cook it to your liking
