now we stim the ikan

bhn2:
1 ekor siakap (medium/big size) - boleh potong 2/3 or seekor besar
bawang putih - hiris
halia - hiris panjang
bawang besar - potong gelang
air asam jawa @ tamerind juice
garam
1 kiub ikan bilis
air

method:
- gaul ikan bersama garam
- taburkan bawang & halia di atas & di celah ikan
- stim @ kukus (conventional kukus better as air ikan will drop & become stock) ikan
- setelah ikan masak @ isi bertukar warna putih buangkan sedikit the air kukusan & masukkan lebihan bawang, halia & air asam jawa
- masukkan 1 kiub ikan bilis & didihkan
- masukkan ikan yg dikukus tadi & garam
- garnish with daun sup @ ketumbar
- hidangkan panas
** a fren did make the kuah slightly pekat with corn starch. 1/2 teaspoon corn starch & 1 teaspoon water. mix it well before you pour it into your gravy & kacau rata
** the kuah u agak2 if u want more than lebihkan air
** not necessarily siakap anything 2 yur liking
