sawi kontot (alahh nama dia tak ingat dahh tapi bukan yg panjang kita besa goreng mee tuh)
bawang putih - potong dadu
1 kiub ikan bilis
sos tiram
air
minyak
method:
- u can either cut the but / leave it like that
- didihkan air bersama sedikit garam & celurkan the sayur
- tumis bawang putih & kiub bilis
- masukkan sos tiram & air to dissolve the kepekatan
- susun the veges in your serving plate & curahkan the kuah on top
- serve it hot!
**u can also use beansprout/taugeh, brocolli, cauliflower
**garam tak payah pls as the kiub & tiram is masin enuf
- celur fatt choy
- goreng crushed garlic dgn sedikit minyak until sedikit garing -
- campak garlic+minyak tadi & oyster sauce atas fatt choy kasi rata.
