4 biji telur (normal eggs not the lower cholestrol)
1 tin susu cair
1/2 cawan gula
1/2 cawan air
1 cap/tutup vanilla essence
method (1):
- masukkan bahan2 gula hangus ke dalam loyang/mangkuk yang akan digunakan untuk dikukus
- masakkan atas api perlahan sehingga gula cair & bertukar warna kekuningan
- along the way gula akan berbuih sebelum bertukar warna keep on stirring
- bila dah bertukar kuning bole turn off the stove dan keep on stirring the heat will from the loyang or bekas will help
- to your liking yea the kekuningan level lama ngat kang pahit plak
- bila sejuk automatik gula tuh akan jadi keras pada loyang/bekas
method (2):
- masukkan kesemua bahan custard ke dalam mangkuk besar
- kacau rata & pukul/beat lightly (kalau kuat the tekstur akan jadi keras)
- tuang ke dalam/atas bekas yg ada gula hangus takdi
- there maybe a crack sound no worries keep pouring
- kukus selama 25 - 30 mins (nak tahu dah masak cucuk dengan lidi & tiada yg melekat bila ditarik)
- u can also use bake bath method: lapik loyang/bekas dengan another bekas berisi air & bake it
- serving suggestion: begitu sahaja or susun sliced peach di atas
- serving method: using the butter knife make one round/square kat bekas u so that the caramel does not stick to your bekas
- put your serving plate on top of it & terbalikkan
- u will get the yellowish gula hangus on top & the rest gula flowing on the custard
- advisable to chill overnight before serving
- IMPORTANT: jgn guna lower cholestrol eggs sbb the tektur takkan jadi keras sbb telur tuh banyak water content
Kuchai....that's why la I lap u so much...kor tau, akak mmg nak recipe nih, tapi malu nak bertanya kat kengkawan, pasai yg mana yg dok buat ni ckp senang saja, satgi, kalo tny nmpk bodo sgt plak kan (ego tinggi gak aku nih... ), seb baik kor kasi kuchai...i likeeeeee puding caramel nih...very the much!!
