cooking series!

tumis bawang & kiub ikan bilis
masukkan ayam
masukkan tauhu
masukkan mixed vege
masukkan daun sup
letak kulit angle cenggini then dish out sesudu baru stat gulung
haa last segitiga tuh calit air then gulung abish
ayaakk due to unforeseen circumstances maka this cooking series me cepatkan to thursday la ekkk + x rarat nak wat past tense entries nanti jadik cam this favorite blog site of mine !

popia kuchai @ springrolls

bhn2:
popia skin (to your liking medium or big the size yea)
bawang - potong dadu
1 kiub ikan bilis
tauhu putih - potong 4 segi kecil
boneless chicken meat - diced @ potong dadu atau kecil
mixed vege
daun sup - hiris halus
garam
minyak

bhn sos:
sos thai (bole bli di giant) or
cili merah @ hidup
bawang putih
garam & gula
sedikit air masak

method (filling):
tumis bawang & kiub ikan bilis
masukkan daging ayam & biarkan masak or hingga isi ayam berwarna putih
masukkan tauhu
masukkan mixed vege & daun sup
setelah masak masukkan garam

method (sos):
blend kan cili, bawang, garam, gula & air
tuangkan ke dalam mangkuk & masukkan sedikit thai sos
kalu suka bole perah asam limau

method (gulung):
kulit popia dibiarkan pada suhu bilik (untuk senang peel off kulit popia)
dish the filling onto the skin bout 1 sudu besar then gulung
di segitiga penghujung letakkan air sebelum ditekan @ seal sepenuhnya
buat sehingga habis filling

** bole buat in-advance then simpan lam freezer
**oohh yaa kena goreng dulu la kang keras kejung makan cenggitu
