first we celur the lala
tumis bwang
masukkan cili boh
masukkan all the sauce
didihkan
masukkan daun kunyit & gelangan bawang
kacau rata the lala with the sauce
i know this is ahead of time abaden nak complete kan the potluck series taip je la skali harung!

this recipe shared among our family members & i have no problem sharing it with others! our love for seafood emanglah tidak terkata & our trips for chinese dishes harus dipraktikkan di umah pula. enuf bebels here's the recipe yaaah!

method:
celur lala di dalam air yg mendidih (masuk & bila the mulut lala opens trus toskan)
tumis bawang sehingga wangi
masukkan cili boh & masak hingga terbit minyak
masukkan sos cili, tomato & tiram
air to dissolve the kepekatan & if u want it berkuah more air plss
setelah mendidih masukkan hirisan daun kunyit & gelangan bawang besar
balance the taste with garam & gula
masukkan lala & kacau rata & tutup api (jgn lama2 coz we already celur the lala)
hidangkan panas
