masuk lada sulah
ganas tak munyik dia? ngeh..ngeh...ngeh... payah ngat nak create tajuk at all time kita letak tajuk nih jek la senang tuk future entries nanti.

bersempena jemaat yg mulia ini i'm back with another simple & fast recipe that will fill your tummy ! without further ado i present you:

mihun putih (some call it hailam / singapore or pape jek la)

bhn2:
1 pkt mihun (or bnyk mana la u oll suka)
bawang
1 kiub ikan bilis
boneless chicken meat/ daging/ fishcake/fishball/prawn/sotong (to your liking)
black pepper (grind) / pepper
mixed vege/sawi/taugeh/kobis (apa yg ada kat rumah lah)
oyster sauce
telur
air
garam
minyak

method:
tumis bawang & kiub
masukkan rencah eg ayam/daging
masukkan pepper
masukkan sos tiram & air (to dissolve the kepekatan)
setelah mendidih masukkan sayuran
masukkan garam & telur
setelah telur agak masak masukkan mihun
kacau rata

**kalu rajin or suka lebih pedas bole buat cili kicap
**u can also buat telur dadar separately & garnish on top after dishing out
