my all time favorite!

mom always say "senang nak besarkan awak 4 beradik nih! ada satu lauk ngan sayur sudahlah! makanlah dia 4 beradik". be it la apa pun yg dihidangkan ateh meja harus licin sapu bersih! be us kan tolak batu ngan kayu jek.

since lauk pedas is a must have in the house, the small one will have the priviledge to have the 'tak pedas' lauk to herself. masa tuh la kita pun mengendeng sama esp lauk masak kicap! nak jugak makan lauk dia.

then craze over sardin. bukan lah kata makan ari2 or make it a makanan ruji, tapi kalu ada lah sardin masak kicap nih kenyang pun jadik lapor! hehehhe itu sbb la sume mcm kena pam punye saiz! neway sedap lagi lah sardin nih compared to ikan jeket or ikan termenung kat asrama tuh

so here I am sharing with u my mom's masak kicap recipe.

1 tin sardin
kicap manis
sos cili
sos tomato
bawang (untuk tumisan)
gelangan bawang besar
air
minyak

method:
- tumis bawang
- masuk kicap, sos cili & tomato
- masuk air to dissolve the kepekatan (kalu nak berkuah banyak la air sket)
- masukkan ikan sardin (kita besa buang the kuah ikan sbb hanyir)
- masukkan gelangan bawang & biar kuah mendidih
- dish-out & sedia untuk dimakan

* u can also use chicken, beef, pedal, fish (but all this kena goreng dulu kay, marinate with kunyit & garam)
* garam is not included sbb the 3 things dah ada rasa unless u memang kuat garam
* trust me jgn kata budak harus the grown ups pun makan sama
