memula we need tepung
masuk garm & gaul (kalu masuk after u add the air takut tak rata
bilis & bawang yg didadu
campak in the tepung bergaram takdi
masuk air sket2 (banyak2 kang lembik plak)
batter yg dah siap n bole goreng
now panaskan minyak (ignore kuali antik mak kami tuh ya)
scoop into the kuali - can guna tangan or sudu kay!
now kena pecah-pecahkan sbb dia melekat nanti tak masak plak
dah mcm nih just nice la n bole angkat
ayakkkk so not commercial the tajuk! mak ini tak lah plak tau namanya in english.

hihihihihih while watching puteri gunung ledang semalam teringin plak nak makan cekodok! ya tuhan mcm mana la tok nenek kita comes up with the name kan? terpikir gaks does resemble the katak kodok? or anyone out there yg tahu asal-usul dia?

neway this kuih is so senang as it requires all the basic ingredients from yur kitchen where am sure every household has it.

oh yaa as for me i like it simple. just tepung, bawang, bilis n garam. bole je kalu nak letak tauge, kucai, telur, cili or what ever la yg u all desire kan. or maleh sgt lagi bli je la ready mix pack by adabi tuh. tapi kena campur tepung sket or else kuat sgt rasa baking powder nya!

then cicah with sos cili uhhh shedapp skali. compere plak with teh o panas alahai kenyang sampai malam!
