it all started way back in march where 6 lucky people are selected to lose weight and enjoy complimentary meals by Kenny Rogers and yg paling penting skali a 6d/7n all paid trip to mauritius! ini sudah bagush tak kuar a single cents dpt kuruskan badan, mkn kenny rogers & stand a chance for a dream holiday!

mende nih pun kebetulan. i was browsing thru life&times nst skali nampak muka phat fabes (hitz & weekend 8tv quickie). baca punye baca they are looking for participants. being me yg mang suka masuk2 contest nih gamble je fill up the form & fax it together with my pix. nak jadik episyen lagi post plak to them to show how enthusiast I am cecewah!

then lama diam & almost lupa dah pun mende nih. tau2 dpt call kata i'm shorlisted so kena pi blood test kat gribbles pathology in pj then medical check-up kat unimed wisma cosway. buhoo tau2 i'm in the final 6!

so march ari tuh pi la the initial press conference n there we are 3 ladies & 3 gents. out of the 6 ada sowang celebrity & sowang journalist. we were given 2 months temporary unlimited entry & usage to sweat club renaissance, a good bible on our diet by pn farah diba (our dietician), meal card from kenny where kita kena makan for 3 times each week.

alhamdulillah berkat kerja kuat everyone has got a very good result n we are so proud of ourselves as we are doing it naturally just by eating healthily n exercising correctly. not to mention ada weight training juga!

neway, how i wish impian jadik kenyataan tuk ke mauritius but it goes to jessie! tapi choooppppp mak menang the most discipline participant n for that me dpt 3d/2n stay at berjaya tioman! yabbeddabeduuuu sapa nak kasik jah! org tak pergi ari2! then kita juga dpt 4 complimentary meal vouchers to kenny rogers, joining fee waived for sweat club membership! ok what! this is more than good.

so, to those out there yg have been wanting to lose weight it can be done! provided u are determined & have a strong will. sape kata diet food has to be tasteless? u can eat everything but kena proportionate and control on the intake! dan yg paling utama kena exercise jah! diet la camne pong takde exercise kalu cannotlah! so yakin boleh rakan muda
