another project with the instant pratha puff. saya budak baru blajar so ignore the crack look ekk. oohh yaaa i did tried a simple flour version though so here goes:

Easy Pickin' Chicken Pie

W

TOPPING
1 cup Martha White® Self-Rising Flour - i used normal flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted OR
2 pcs instant pratha (play with the dough to fit your bowl or pie dish nicely) - chap kawanku yg sedap so far (tima bakaq tuu glaze with beaten 1 egg)

FILLING
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 1/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (10 3/4-oz) can condensed cream of celery soup - i used cream of chicken mushroom
1 cup chicken broth - i used 1 chicken cube
low fat uht milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 . Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish.
2 . In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; mix well. Spoon into greased baking dish.
3 . In medium bowl, combine flour, milk and butter; stir until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture.
4 . Bake at 400 (200 our oven) degrees F. for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

my method:
- tumis bawang & kiub
- masukkan isi ayam & biar hingga masak
- masukkan cream of mushroom then dilute dengan susu
- setelah mendidih masukkan mixed vege
- not too long nanti time bake dia kering
- balance dengan pepper & garam (caution the soup & kiub dah masin)
**my filling turned to be a bit soggy but i like it that way so agak2 the susu kay
