the base
custard sauce
masa nih the sauce paneh itu yg letak ais

Chocolate Pudding


3 tbsp custard flour or corn flour
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cocoa powder
2 cups water
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs (white only)

Custard Sauce
3 tbsps sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
2 egg yolks
1/2 tbsp custard flour

Mix sugar, milk, custard flour and cocoa with water.

Separate egg whites from the yolks. Beat egg whites until fluffy.

Heat the cocoa mixture over slow fire until thick. Remove from fire.

Fold in beaten egg whites. Mix well and place in mould. Cool to set.

Custard Sauce

Mix all ingredients. Cook over slow heat until thick.

Decorate chocolate pudding with canned fruit and cherries, and pour custard sauce over pudding before serving.

*the 2nd time i made it baru ikut the recipe. this time the base texture mcm creme brulee
