suhun & fucuk/kulit tahu - rendam sehingga kembang
ubi kentang/tempe/tauhu - potong dadu & goreng
bawang putih/bawang merah/halia - tumbuk/blender
cili boh
kicap manis & kicap pekat
1 kiub bilis
garam & gula for taste

method:
- tumis bahan blender bersama kiub bilis
- masukkan cili boh & setelah cili masak masukkan kicap
- masukkan suhun & fucuk yang telah ditos air
- gaul rata & setelah agak kembang masukkan kentang, tempe dan tauhu yg telah digoreng
- balance taste with garam & gula
**serve immediately
**kalu goreng kering sket boleh simpan lama tapi minyak nak kena kasik lebih sket idak kalu suhun tuu melekat-lekat
**adjust the cili kalu tak mau pedash ngat
**kalu nak tambah pedal or hati by all means silakan

lunch at shogun

my first time going there during lunch time on the weekdays. i think i like their afternoon spread better & best of all ada dim sum u olss ahahahahha. oooh yaa tips on how to eat a lot during japanese buffet is to avoid eating the sushi....atenye dia seme pulut nyah ooii kompom la peruts ketat. usually we go for the cooked stuff, teppanyaki, tempura, soba noodles (my all time feberet), all the mak neneks udang oyster segala bagai and now they also have DIM SUM. buhooo aciks sukooo though its limited choices ai likkee jekk ehehhehe. ehhh they are currently having 35% discounts for weekday lunch, 30% discount for Mon-Thurs dinner and 10% discount over the weekend. the first kedai tajuk Saisake is at Wisma UOA, Jalan Pinang. then came Shogun both at OU and Sunway Pyramid. Jemahat mana yg lipat sejadah lama tuu try test la pi sanun

method:
- sementara ikan digoreng blender kantan, bawang dan cili api
- tumiskan bahan blender dan masukkan maggi sambal tumis
- agak2 gula & garam ekk sbb ikan dan sambal dah berasa
**serve hot & immediately
**ehh ikan tuu to your liking ekk kita kebetulans ada keli kat umah
**i find the sambal is slightly manis itu yg tambah cili api tuu

occ gang : pah bday 09

aduhaii merasa entry seme hayer-wayer . this happened way back on 18 october 09. this time around its my laling's sister bday puloks.

oohh this place tajuk xenri d'garden terrace at menara hap seng (formerly mui plaza) is very the cantiks u olls. heard quite a number of review bout it. i love every bits of their interior very cosy. then they have tatami rooms too hmmm shud give it a try the next time around. food verdict ada SODAPPP... worth the 55++ (buffet eat all you can). they dont have a lot of things but its of high quality and very the yummeh esp their juciy succulent fresh and baked oysters. i myself had about 6 kots to myself **maluuu ahhahaha**. only thing if they could improve on the table and chair seating. the chair is kinda heavy then there were 8 of us thus making our trip in and out to get food is kinda hassle. other than that i have no further complaint as the staff is quite attentive too.

if u happen to scout around for good japanese fud you may want to give them a try. ehhh heppy burpday laling ehehehheheh
