cooking series

lama dah teringin nak wat nih sendre. once dapat makan hat juai kat d'jumpa jalan perak tuuu mak aiii setap tak hengat weehhh. tapi saya ngelat pakai kuah rojak mak bee

1-2 peket tauhu pok/goreng - ada jual kat supermarket & pasar. amik yak 4 segi besau tu yaahhh
kuah rojak mak bee - kita rasa almost everywhere ada juai nih. what i like about kuah mak bee nih dia dah siap ada kacang & the belacan taste idak ler kuat mana (saya emang tak muleh makan belacans nanti gatai idong)
timun & carrot - buang isi di tengah & hiris panjang

method:
- bakar tauhu --> i did mine dalam toaster oven jek ehhh not too long ekk kang keras plak
- belah tengah & masukkan sayur
- potong kepada 4 bahagian & scoop kuah rojak on top of it
**serve immediately
**kalu tak mau bakaq preheat sat lam microwave using bread function pun enaks
**sayoq tu ikut suka tekak anda yaahh...it could be taugeh/sengkuang/kobis ehh mcm2 la heh
**saya emang kurang arif sket bancuh kuah rojak from scratch nihh + it could be any tajuk kuah rojak to your liking naahhh
**payah2 ngat makan ngan cili sos pun sodapp jugaks

thanks to my mom we grew up listening to sharifah aini, jamal abdillah tunes to name a few. therefore can easly sumbangsih kat kaloke la kan ehhehehhe. oohhh mak saya ada lah cip segala gila artis wokeh. even org tu iras2 pun dia pulun jugaks kata that's the artist....tak padan ngan rabun kaann

lama dahh dia bodek ajak pi nengok segala mak nenek konsert nih. dengan dia la pun jadik kami dua beranak pi sinin sinun. but the klimaks i used her passport number to win the cruise with kak pah kita....mak saya punye hangin tuhan jek tau sib baik dia tak jadik monster kaler ijau ahhahahha

thus brings us to recent jamal's konsert at istana budaya. makk aiii sora sropa lam kaset u ollss tak tergelincir sket pun sodap tak hengat. sama naik haa saya ngan penyanyi asal melalak . abish konsert gegeh wokehh beratoq nihh demi mak saya nak salam ngan inchik jamal. ehh skali sampai turn dia udah kasik kuliah isyak plak daahhh ahahhahaha my mom is very the klaka. hail to the queenn ahkak jadik anakrazi jek u ollss dok snap her photos.

neway, eppy belated bday mum hoped u liked it. insyallah pehni konsert sharifah aini puloks kay. dalam melodi dia kata ada another 19 konsert b4 she bids farewell so sempat la ahhahahha

method:
- cuci kerang bersih. apa kita biasa buat masuk lam bekas or periuk tutupkan and goncang. buat 2-3 kali. tapi kita ngelat bli kerang dah bersih kat jusco nun
- masukkan sume bahan kecuali garam & gula and masak atas api sederhana
- didihan pertama akan naik all the buih scoop kan keluar so idak ler rebusan jadik kaler itam or kelabu asap
- balance taste with garam & gula
**hidangkan panas
**bleh cicah ngan sos cili or cili kicap
**baper lama nak rebus up to you tapi mcm saya takat dah didih and naik buih tuu enuf bleh totop api
**awat la nih kerang kecit2 ekk?
