i just dont get it

ya ampuns saya bukan la nak kata apa kaann sebab emang yearly ritual pong bawak mak sedara kesayangan saya tuu pi negara JALAN TAR & SOGO & kawasan yang sewaktu dengannya. yg saya heran nya out of 12 months tolak la posa ngan raya 2 bulan u have 10 months to actually make preparations for raya. why must everything be last menet? saya idak ler sistematik bebenau tapi sebab saya nih saiz dekat2 tong ehhhehehe maka terpaksa la custom made baju kurung antor kat tailor. by april kots saya dah antor tuh ari. then other things like sarung cushion, curtains gradually la kita bli. but not necessarily tukaq every year kann.

so, bila saya ke sana over the long weekend baru nih aduhaaii mintak ampun ramainya umat. baguih la kaann menyokong peniaga2 kita kat sinun. tapi saya sangat2 tak tahan masa tuu la kalu ada 10 anak...10 la dibawaknya cik jah ooii....masa tuu la anak ilang, bapak ilang, mak pun bleh ilang. complete la on stroller, on wheelchair ehh mcm2 adoo. i mean how long can they tahan? harus la became restless & start buat kelaku. yg mak2 nih pun satu penyakit tak muleh nak decide there and then. padahal bazar tuu depan belakang kiri kanan sama jek jualannya...gegeh nih nak tengok seme kedai gaks...like ??? ehh betul tauu mak kita dulu pakai tali rafia jek amik saiz kaki nagan pinggang kitorang then dia bingkas pi one kedai after another. kot la ikut pun kita seme dodok lam keta ngan abah abish cirte kata dek dia. which is more practical and dia pun takde nak fenin-fenin. penah tauuu kita witness masa tuu kat OU anak2 org nih baring n berguling-guling penat & panas katanya ahhahahahah

then masuk kedai PRINCESS ya allah haaii dari la saya kecit2 dulu sampai la dah nak tua bangka nihh dok laa campak kasut dari ateh turun bawah ahahahhahah kot tak nampak mau senget pala silap2 berpinau mata jadiknya. masuk plak negara SOGO kirim salam....mcm pasar borong jah....adehh..adeh...ok laahh kalu ya pun nak gaks beli dekat2 nak raya i would suggest you take a leave pegi during office hours or after work. org pun tak ramai que nak bayar pun tak hazab. saya betul2 salute laa those yg sanggup beratur panjang nak bayar kalah warehouse sales u ollss.

neway, spend wisely jgn lepas raya makan maggi ya udah. mcm makcik saya very precise and berhemah sbb gomen tak announce pun kacang soya ini tahun **larikkkkk**

weekend buka posa

i so luv weekend. why? bcos i get to buka puasa back at home wif my family. bila dah ramai2 tuuu sambal sardin pun sodap cik jah. seriously, bila kat umah sewa makan sowang2 rasa jiwa kosong sangat (aduh maakk mellow la puloks kannn). tapi emang betul lain rasa dia. lagik satu bila seme request nak makan mcm2 & you get to fulfil it...ilang penat masak. over the weekend jek la pun dapat masak whatever i craved over the weekdays.

buka posa normal days

ehh u ollss out there dont la speku kata kita nih hebats sangat kanss ari2 buka kat luar katanya. aiyaakk aciks fitams. to be frank kita lagi slesa kat umah, nak semayang/cik yak/masak mende semenya senang. kots ngantuk bleh suka2 jek fitams sbb kat umah kann. lagi satu though saya dodok umah bujang i'd rather cook myself. bukan la kata sedap bebenau kak temah ooiii but i dont fancy buying from outside. entah.... mebbe emang dari kecik mak tak ajar camtu kots. unless emang dah parah ngat then mebbe i'll go n tapau + kawasan umah saya tuuu banyak makanan tuk chayanunalif jek . neway, nak seribu daya kalu tekak nak beli...dulik la apa pun kannn....kot tekak rasa nak masak goreng telur taruk kicap ngan nasik paneh pun sodappp ehehhehe janji ada teh paneh satu mug tido cenyum saya malam nanti ahaks. dak pun over the weekend tuh masak mcm2 tapau la bawak balik and froze kan. so balik kerja tinggal masak nasik jek & perangat those lauk. takat tekak saya layan jek.

cooking series

inspired from the thai bazaar yg ada kat malls tuu but as usual i've olah a little bit to suit my tastebud....shhhhh sebenornya dah telebih masin sib baik ada chinese cabbage my hero of the day

popiah sheet - tak kira la chap apa pun to your liking from the supermarket yaahhh
suhun - soak until kembang
cendawan hitam - ai ngelat bli hat dah siap slice tuu. also rendam until kembang
1/2 kiub bilis
sedikit sos tiram
sedikit sesame oil
chinese cabbage - hiris halus
bawang putih/merah/halia - blender

method inti:
- tumis bawang bersama kiub
- masukkan sos tiram & sesame oil
- tambah sedikit air kalu pekat ngat
- then masukkan cendawan
- lerai kan suhun & masukkan sedikit demi sedikit
- gaul rata
- garam agak2 sebab kiub & tiram dah masin
- setelah dish out baru campurkan chinese cabbage tadi

method assemble popia:
- tarik sekeping kulit popia
- then scoop dalam 1 sudu inti and gulung mcm biasa
- seal ujung tuu dengan air
- then goreng dalam minyak not too hot nor too cold just until dia bertukar warna
- jgn lama ngat kang jadik dayang senandung
**bleh buat in advance then simpan lam freezer
**kalu tak suka cabbage muleh tukar to other vege or tak letak pun takpe
**cicah ngan thai chilli sos...nyum...nyum...

buka at ikea

eversince they first started their buka puasa buffet we're there almost every year. ehhh choppp last year pasai pa tak tau kami tak pi ekk? ahahhahha. i guess this is the most reasonable buka puasa price and the spread compared during the first year emang jauh la bezanya kak temah ooii. but one thing for sure being a cafe who serves omputih fud all day long their masak melayu berasa cik jah and sodap.

this year they decided to go simple yet plentiful. menu smlm ada nasi putih, fried mihun, gulai lemak nangka, 2 types of ciken, bawal masak sos, kambing masak apa tah tajuk dia acik tak hengat, kerabu, simple ulam, ikan masin & keropok. then ada a few kuih's and dessert. oohh eksrem is near the entrance to the smoking rum. standard flava cekelat, stroberi & vanila

initially patrons will only be allowed to go in at 6.30 abuden yg dok beratoq tuh seme mlayu they were kind enuf to let us in at 6.00 pm. konsep dia senang. u pay RM 15.90/adult (tak masuk tax lagi tauu), given a green sticker/badge then pilih la mana nak dodok.oh this year the fud spread is at the counter yg we buy our fud during normal days. better i would say + easy for them to replenish the fud. so fud counter emang tak bukak lagi.

now this is when you get to see the 'kiasu' part of malaysian. its only freaking 6 something dah kalut nihh jaahh ooiii dok amik ayaq. as if la kaann dah nak abish sangat. skali tengok staff ikea bawak kuar the drinks to replenish amik koo satu troli shopping tu haa. there are some who wants to book their table first then go out jalan2 at the mall. abuden its paper cup + how long can it tahan and tau2 its already bocor by the time buka. then when the buffet counter bukak at 6.30 pm, ya allah berlari haaa nak amik fud. if budak fine its their nature + at that age after whole day posa emang sangat2 looking forward nak makan ya. tapi ini the mak & bapak budak u ollss adeh laa. its really fun looking at how bersungguh nih amik all the fud like there's no tomorrow. pehtu konsep kuar masuk adalah one way meaning once you exit you have to que all over again eventhough just to get the dessert. fair enuf i could say. ehhh ada plak yg baran nihhh emo org tak kasik masuk. hallo bang tak puasa ker nak marah2? bukan u sorang puasa bang ooiii + its not even 7 o'clock yet. adoiiii i was having so much fun watching their antiques. oohhh my sister's were late so tak kuasa lah nak carry my batu henbeg, nak brator lagi + for sure ada nye laahh lauk tuu. i really cant imagine how the weekends will look like.

so enuf ramblings, this could be an option if you want to buka puasa outside yaahhh + its really family oriented sebab ada one area for the kids to sit down and watch cartoon, then toilet and surau pun nearby.
