4-5 biji cili api (this is optional for extra pedash kalu tak mau just ommit)
1 kiub ikan bilis
bawang putih
minyak

method:
blender bawang, cili merah & cili api
tumis dalam kuali bersama kiub bilis sehingga air blender agak kering
masukkan batang kangkong dulu
kemudian masukkan daun, garam, gaul rata & tutup api
**hidangkan panas
**agak2 ekk garam tuu sbb kiub dah berasa
**bleh jek nak ganti kiub dengan udang kering & tambah udang/ayam/fishball

kam friday jek mula menjongket memasing ahahhahaha. slagi ada kedai makan ada la kami kat sinun. misi la nihhh to cover all continent kekdahnya kann idak kalu ayam penyet...ayam penyet....**opsss**. yup we did the craziest thing recently iaitu makan deghoyan kak temah ooii. elok plak kat ss2 sanun ada promo eat-all-u-can katanya 9 hengget jek haa. ehhh chopp standad durian kampong jek tauu kot nak kelas atasan ada jugoks 15 hengget sowang. sebelum tuu pi makan kat kedai tajuk murni maha pemes tahap gaban. umang aaiii besor weehh portion nya. get to try the femes carbonara & mi raja. sodapp jaahh.....even nasi goreng ikan masin ngan nasi goreng kampong pun nyamaannn...

if u're kaming from federal h'way exit kat jalan gasing towards traffic light turn right heading towards ummc (formerly universiti hospistal on your right side). go straight naik the flyover u will pass-by UIA on your right and further up on your left Jaya One, diethelm, sin chew jit poh until u reach the roundbout rothmans amik jam 3 (or ke kanan la kan) lisa inn belah kanan, ada block of shoplots belah kiri. then ujung jalan tuu emang kena pusing kiri jek. naik bukit tuuu keep to your right towards the traffic light & pusin kanan. the durian shop belah kiri behind bhp petrol pump (u can never miss it). murni is further up along that road. or if you know where is ss2 then murni is at the back of kfc. that road can actually lead you to ldp...so go n try wokeehhh

1 or 1/2 pack white bread or apa jek la bread yg u olls adoo - 1 keping potong square 3x3
3 biji telur - kebetulans gred A..if slightly smaller 4 bijik
400 ml uht milk (bout 1 1/2 cup)
1-2 pack of chicken frank - potong bulat
chinese dry mushroom - rendam until kembang & hiris halus
1/2 can mushroom soup
black pepper sauce
1 biji bawang besar potong dadu
salt & pepper to taste

method:
a) filling
- tumis bawang, masukkan black pepper sauce
- masukkan ciken frank & mushroom
- setelah masak masukkan mushroom soup
- bila dah kental or pekat balance taste with garam & pepper (for xtra pedash taste)
- masukkan roti yg dipotong dadu tadi cukup 1 lapisan, letak inti di atas then repeat the whole process and end with roti on top
- dalam bekas lain masukkan susu & telur and dipukul sedikit
- masukkan sedikit garam & pepper & curahkan ke atas roti yang dah siap di lapis
- biar terendam sekejap then bakar at 200 for bout 25-30 mins or bila cucuk dengan lidi tiada apa yg melekat
**serve immediately together with chilli sos
**by all means bleh jek ganti dengan daging cincang or ayam
**bleh juga letak mixed vege kalu suka
**kalu nak senang makan bleh buat in muffin baking tray

resipi yg sgt kreatif...
bole la guna leftover sauces kan... ala2 minimise wastage
and i agree... kalau tabur cheese, mesti extra extra extra yummyyy!!!!!

abah's backyard kebun

munyik real padahal pokok cili tuh tumbuh nun tepi tebing kat longkang belakang umah benornya. ehh jangan tak tauuu subur tak subur pokok cili nihh today kita petik besok dah ada another hasil. emang tak putus la kata org ehehheheh. jgn main2 skali kita petik equivalent almost satu pek hat juai RM1.99 kat jusco nun. jadik laahhh kann. cili nih pun suka2 dia ijau suka2 dia merah 2 kali jakon kita ahhahaha. tapi abah kita nih emang cejuk tangannya menjadik la kata org tanam mende. kita nih takat tukang siram aci laa ahaks. hint2 nak umah ada tanah la nihhh kaannn senang dia ada xtvt bercucuks tanam

abaden as off to-date dah wassalamu dah pokok cili nihhh sbb abah dok kuar masuk spital tak berjaga pokoknya + with the current dry season udah kering jek pokok tuu. sakit mata dia mandang buang aje trus. tapi kuat akarnya jenuh gaks la nak cabut

saya emang kejis tau ahahhahaha blajo kuih yg saya suka makan jek....geleng2 pale mak saya jadiknya . ehhh chop..chop..jgn betuikan skrin anda my kuih is in 2 kalers. asalnya nak wat cara gula ngan cara berlauk skali. abaden my cara bergula skil ada sket weng so jgn membazir fokus satu tajuk jek. thanks shikin tulun bli acu kuih bolu kat wang kelian nun ehehhehehe. another tip from her acu baru2 nihh before pakai goreng beras dulu kat dalam molek la dia wat kuih tak melekat katanya

**yields quite a lot gaks ikut adunan kat ateh nihh
**it can even be your left over sambal bilis or sardin kalu sukak up to your creativity yaahh
**buat sendiri muai sket & muleh letak inti banyak & makan banyak ehehhehhe

i was feeling under the weather the other day. tekak rasa mcm nak something soupy so yg ada lam my cabinet maggi jek la kak temah uhuhuhuhuh. skali prasa kari laa puloks. tak mau pedash so kita buang the perencah and whip up my version of maggi soup (sessuai la nihh utk org yg bujang & 'rajin mcm saya nih kan)

abah hupdate 1/6/09

- admitted to HKL for another session of chemo for straight 48 hours
- he is entitled for 2nd class abaden wad onco penuh belaka weehhh so masuk la 3rd class. ampun dont get me wrong. I am very much grateful since day 1 till to-date everything is FOC (ehhh chopp he is an ex-servicemen therefore ada buku ashkar for medical facilities after baper tahun taahh of serbish. abaden with the current dry spell its too torterous for him. kipasnya 2 bijik jek kak temahhh tak berbahang dia jadiknya? dah la chemo tuh panas
- wanted to get him 1st class udah ler full house kak temah oooi. sib baik la the nurses is such an angel make an afford to provide him an addition table kipash. at the same time dok put our name in the 2nd class waiting list. alamak ehhh little that we know its not as humid as the 3rd class tapinya he is located right at the passageway. dalam keadaan mcm tuuuu no cover-up no nothing. to make it more interesting dah tajuk pun general hospital kaann of course mcm2 case la adooo. out of 6 beds about 4 is with some special sound effect and its all day long. aduhaaiii lagi tertekan dia jadiknya. i hoped this matter can be looked into tengkiuuss.
- compared to when he is in HTAR klang, yes he is placed in the wad pembedahan abaden they placed him right at the end and were asked to wear mask, not to come near other patients as his body is very week & can easily kena jangkitan
- his chemo is in drip method. botol after botol and the final one for straight 11 hours. because of the ward transfer apa seme udah la lambat puloks stat the session. day 1 admitted amik darah sahaja then free & easy kekdahnya kann ahaks. masuk tah botoi nomor berapa udah ler salur drip tuh bergerak kuar darah plak. so kena totop hat itu cucuk plak kat tangan sebelah. oohh bapak saya adalah sangat fobia yea aksi cucuk nak masuk drip nihh dah daya sangat dah dia nya uhuhuhuh. dapat jek kata discharge tak cukup tanah abah saya nak kluar.
- now he is giving us his final word for the coming 15/6 either he gets to be in the 1st class or he will not go on with the treatment. adehh la penings jugaks. but should I am in his place of course I will feel the same way. all the besh la ekk cik tpah laling (turn dia plak bawak daddy pi spital senin depan )

abah dearie.....kita tau its not easy & at times u felt like giving up hope...lets pray to god the ct scan will bring us some gud news & u need not carry on with the chemo session anymore. again i repeat kalaulah kita boleh tanggung on your behalf let it be me. and dear god please let this dry spell ends very soon...malaysia is a very hot country laahh....i dont like

moral of the stowey again i would like to stress here that this is a record of my dad's medical journey for us adik-beradik to ponder back in years to come. my highest gratitude to all the hospitals that we have been to before and till to-date. gazillion thanks to the doctors who never gave-up in attending to my dad's case. some of u may say 'alah bukan awak sorang yang sakit ramai lagi...nama pun dah masuk general hospital biasa lahh tuuu...kalau handal sangat pi lah masuk spital prebet'. this is from my point of view & should you are in my shoe of course every little luxury available you would like to give to your parents and should my writings mengecikkan hati sesetengah pihak than all I can say its my 2 cents opinion. sekian trima kasih!
